Spray of potassium-silicate, calcium chloride and nano-silicate was investigated on yield, yield components, and some physiological properties of sweet corn (sc1263) under irrigation regimes. The experiment was carried out as split plot based on a complete block design with three replications in crop season 2017. Irrigation regimes (Optimal irrigation, moderate water deficit stress and severe water deficit stress that mean withholding irrigation until soil available water was reached to 35%, 55% and 75% soil available water at root zone respectively, and then plots were irrigated to field capacity) and foliar applications (potassium silicate and calcium chloride as 1000 and 2000 ppm, 1000 ppm nano-silica, pure water, and without foliar application) were located in the main and sub plot units respectively. There were significant differences for interaction between irrigation regimes and foliar applications for grain yield, biomass, dry forage yield, ear dry weight, ear pod leaves dry weight, ear leaves dry weight, shoot dry weight, ear Inferiority length, and carotenoid. At severe water deficit condition the most grain yield, biomass and dry forage yield were obtained from foliar application of potassium silicate. At optimal irrigation, the plants produced the most ear dry weight, ear pod leaves dry weight, ear leaves dry weight and shoot dry weight with 1000 ppm foliar application of potassium silicate and the most carotenoid content was observed in plants which were sprayed with 2000 ppm potassium silicate. The most ear Inferiority length was related to plants under moderate water deficit and without foliar application.
