بررسی تأثیر دما بر جوانه‌زنی بذر گیاه کینوا (Chenepodium quinoa Willd) تحت تنش شوری

چکیده

                کینوا (Willd  Chenepodium quinoa) یک گیاه شبه غله‌ای با قابلیت کشت بالا در ایران است. کینوا گیاهی است که  به دلیل ارزش غذایی بسیار بالای دانه، توسط سازمان خواربار و کشاورزی با شیر خشک مقایسه شده است. به منظور بررسی تأثیر دما بر جوانه‌زنی گیاه کینوا تحت تنش شوری آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل با هفت سطح دما (5، 10، 15، 20، 25، 30، 35 درجة سلسیوس) و چهار سطح تنش شوری شامل (0، 4-، 8-، 12- میلی‌مول بر لیتر) انجام شد. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد با افزایش تنش شوری در سطوح دمایی مختلف به جز شوری 12- بار و دمای 35 درجة سلسیوس درصد جوانه‌زنی تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشتند، ولی سرعت جوانه‌زنی تفاوت معنی‌داری داشت. با افزایش غلظت شوری دمای پایة جوانه‌زنی افزایش، ولی دمای سقف و همچنین محدودة دمای بهینة مجاز جوانه‌زنی با افزایش تنش شوری کاهش یافت.

چکیده [English]

Quinoa (Chenepodium quinoa Willd) is a grain-like crop which has a high production potential in Iran. Due to its seeds high nutritional value, it is compared with milk by the FAO. In order to study the effects of temperatures on seed germination of Quinoa seeds under salinity stress conditions, an experiment was conducted in Seed Lab of the University of Tehran in Karaj. Temperatures regimes included 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35°C. At each temperature four salinity treatments (zero, -4, -8 and -12 bars) using NaCl were used.  Results showed that increasing salinity stress decreased significantly germination rate but did not affect germination percentage except in 35°C at -12 bar. Basal temperature (Tb) for Quinoa germination was increased in high salinity potentials, but ceiling temperature (Tc) decreased. The germination data indicated that high salinity resulted in the narrow germination temperature in Quinoa seed.
