جذب و توزیع فسفر در دو گیاه گندم و جو در مراحل طویل شدن ساقه و گردهافشانی تحت تأثیر مقدار کود فسفره و مایه زنی با باکتری استرپتومایسس
در این مطالعه بررسی غلظت، جذب و توزیع فسفر، بهعنوان محدودکنندهترین عنصر معدنی ضروری بعد از نیتروژن، در این دو مرحله در گندم و جو مورد توجه قرار گرفت. بدین منظور، در سال زراعی 94-1393 آزمایشی با سه فاکتور شامل مقدار فسفر کودی (0، 20، 40، 60 و 80 کیلوگرم در هکتار)، مایهزنی با باکتری استرپتومایسس و نوع گیاه زراعی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی بهصورت فاکتوریل در دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی گرگان انجام شد. در هر دو مرحله یاد شده، با افزایش مقدار فسفر کودی، غلظت و تجمع فسفر در بخشهای مختلف گیاه بهصورت خطی افزایش یافت. در تمام مقادیر فسفر کودی، ترتیب بخشهای بوته از نظر غلظت فسفر بهصورت برگ> بخش هوایی> کل بوته> ساقه> ریشه و از نظر تجمع فسفر به صورت کل بوته > بخش هوایی> ساقه> برگ> ریشه بود. مایهزنی با باکتری باعث افزایش معنیدار غلظت فسفر ریشه در SE، و غلظت فسفر برگ، بخش هوایی و کل بوته، و تجمع فسفر در این اندامها بهعلاوه ساقه در Ant شد. در هر دو مرحله، غلظت و مقدار فسفر تجمع یافته در بخشهای مختلف بوته به استثنای مقدار فسفر تجمع یافته در ساقه، در جو بهطور معنیداری بیشتر از گندم بود. نتایج حاکی از ثبات بیشتر ضریب توزیع فسفر به بخشهای گیاه در مقایسه با غلظت و تجمع فسفر بود. یافتههای مطالعه حاضر نشاندهندهی همبستگی قوی بین مقدار فسفر جذب شده در SE و Ant با عملکرد دانه بود که بهوسیله تابع دو تکهای خطی-مسطح توصیف شد.

تجزیه ارتباط برای مقاومت به بیماری پوسیدگی اسکلروتینیایی یقه ساقه در آفتابگردان (Helianthus annuus L.) با استفاده از نشانگرهای رتروترنسپوزونی REMAP
آفتابگردان یک محصول مهم زراعی میباشد که روغن آن ارزش غذایی و اقتصادی بالایی دارد. اسکلروتینیا از بیماریهای قارچی مهم آفتابگردان میباشد که باعث کاهش رشد و عملکرد محصول میشود. در پژوهش حاضر واکنش 100 لاین خالص آفتابگردان روغنی به 6 جدایه قارچ اسکلروتینیا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای شناسایی مکانهای ژنی پیوسته با مقاومت به بیماری از 120 جایگاه ژنومی تکثیر شده توسط آغازگرهای رتروترنسپوزونی REMAP استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که برخی ژنوتیپهای آفتابگردان مقاومت خوبی به بیماری اسکلروتینیا دارند. ژنوتیپ 8A×/LC1064C کمترین درصد آلودگی را در پاسخ به دو جدایه قارچیA37 (S. sclerotiorum) و M1 (S. minor) از دو گونه مختلف قارچ اسکلروتینیا نشان داد. در تجزیه ساختار جمعیت با نرمافزارStructure ، 4 زیرجمعیت احتمالی شناسایی شد. در تجزیه ارتباط با نرمافزارTASEEL به دو روشGLM وMLM ، به ترتیب 9 و 8 مکان ژنی شناسایی شد که ارتباط معنیداری (P≤0.01) با ژنهای کنترل کننده مقاومت به بیماری دارند. طبق نتایج، نشانگرهای CF-UBC826، 1061LTR-UBC818 و 1061LTR-UBC857 با ژنهای کنترل کننده مقاومت به دو جدایه قارچ عامل بیماری پیوسته بودند. نشانگرهای شناسایی شده در این تحقیق، در صورت تایید و تبدیل به نشانگر SCAR می توانند بطور موثری در برنامههای گزینش به کمک نشانگر و تولید ارقام مقاوم به بیماری اسکلروتینیا مورد استفاده قرار بگیرند.

اثر کود زیستی بر ویژگی های کمی چای ترش (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) تحت سطوح مختلف کود شیمیایی
چای ترش (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) گیاهی دارویی و معطر نیمهگرمسیری از خانواده ختمی است که از کاسبرگ آن بهدلیل خواص دارویی و خوراکی استفاده میشود. بهمنظور ارزیابی اثر کود زیستی بر ویژگیهای کمّی چای ترش تحت سطوح مختلف کود شیمیایی، آزمایشی در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه زابل در دو سال زراعی 1392 و 1393 اجرا شد. آزمایش بهصورت کرتهای یکبار خردشده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار پیاده شد. عامل اصلی کاربرد کودهای شیمیایی فسفر، نیتروژن و NPK و عامل فرعی شامل تلقیح با کودهای زیستی نیتروکسین، سوپرنیتروپلاس، سوپربیوفسفات، میکوریزا و عدم استفاده از کود زیستی بودند. اثر اصلی کود شیمیایی، زیستی و برهمکنش آنها بر کلیه صفات مورد بررسی در سطح احتمال یک درصد معنادار بود. تعداد غوزه در بوته مهمترین جزء تعیینکننده عملکرد کاسبرگ بود. برای کلیه صفات مورد مطالعه بیشترین مقادیر در تیمار کود شیمیایی NPK توأم با کود زیستی نیتروکسین بهدست آمد. بنابراین با توجه به ضرورت تولید گیاهان دارویی در نظامهای زراعی، استفاده از کودهای شیمیایی NPK بههمراه کود زیستی نیتروکسین جهت بهبود رشد گیاهان و افزایش عملکرد کاسبرگ در چای ترش توصیه میگردد

افزایش پایداری غشای سلولی در گیاه توتون با انتقال ژن AtEXPB2
پروتئینهای اکسپنسین یکی از اجزای دیواره سلولی میباشند که به عنوان تنظیمکنندههای کلیدی بسط و توسعه سلولی در طول رشد و نمو گیاهان شناحته میشوند. فعالیت اکسپنسینها وابسته به pH میباشد. در این مطالعه گیاهان تراریخت شده با ژن AtEXPB2 از نظر برخی صفات فیزیولوژیک، بیوشیمیایی و مولکولی در شرایط بدون تنش مورد آزمایش قرارگرفتند. گیاهان مورد مطالعه شامل لاینهای تراریخت L3، L4 و L9 به همراه گیاه شاهد بوده اند. پس از کشت بذر در محیط کشت انتخابی MS گیاهچههای تراریخت در خاک کشت و به گلخانه منتقل شدند. گیاهان تراریخت از نظر فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانی کاتالاز، گلوتاتیونپروکسیداز، پلیفنلاکسیداز عملکرد بهتری را نسبت به شاهد نشان دادند. همچنین لاینهای تراریخت از نظر میزان رنگدانههای فتوسنتزی و پرولین نیز بر گیاه شاهد برتری داشتند. در گیاه شاهد میزان نشت یونی و پراکسیداسیون فسفولیپیدهای غشایی بیشتر از لاینهای تراریخت بود. نتایج بیان نسبی ژنAtEXPB2، بیان این ژن را در گیاهان تراریخت ثابت کرده است. به صورت کلی گیاهان تراریخت در مقایسه با شاهد رفتار مناسبتری نشاندادند.

برآورد آستانههای دمایی سبز شدن گیاهچه کلزای بهاره در مزرعه
پیشبینی دقیق سبز شدن گیاهچه در مزرعه برای عملکرد مناسب مدلهای رشد بسیار مهم است. بهمنظور تعیین آستانههای پاسخ سبز شدن گیاهچه کلزای بهاره به دما، دو آزمایش مزرعهای تکراری طی سالهای زراعی 95-1394 و 96-1395 در مزرعه پژوهشی دانشگاه کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی رامین خوزستان اجرا شد. در این آزمایشها، سبز شدن گیاهچه دو رقم کلزای بهاره (Hyola 401 و ساریگل) در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار در 15 تاریخ کاشت (بهعنوان محیط) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. مدل زمان دمایی بر مبنای تابع توزیع احتمال ویبول توسعه داده شد و آستانههای دمایی پاسخ سبز شدن دو رقم کلزا در شرایط مزرعه بر اساس این تابع مدلسازی شد. بر اساس پیشبینیهای مدل، دمای پایه (Tb) برای سبز شدن گیاهچه هیبرید Hyola 401 معادل 83/5 درجه سانتیگراد و برای رقم ساریگل معادل 16/4 درجه سانتیگراد برآورد شد. زمان دمایی مورد نیاز برای شروع سبز شدن گیاهچه در دماهای زیر بهینه (θT(0)) و زمان دمایی مورد نیاز برای تکمیل سبز شدن گیاهچه در دماهای بیشتر از حد بهینه (θTm) بدون تفاوت معنیدار بین دو رقم به ترتیب 51/55 و 65/5 درجه سانتیگراد روز برآورد شد. دمای بیشینه برای 50 درصد احتمال بازدارندگی گرمایی (Tm(50)) سبز شدن گیاهچه در هیبرید Hyola 401 و رقم ساریگل به ترتیب 02/33 و 30/33 درجه سانتیگراد برآورد شد. همچنین، دمای بهینه برای 50 درصد سبز شدن گیاهچه در مزرعه (To(50)) برای هیبرید Hyola 401 و رقم ساریگل به ترتیب 99/30 و 22/31 درجه سانتیگراد تعیین شد.

بهبود فتوسنتز، تبادلات گازی و محتوای کلروفیل لوبیا با کاربرد اپی براسینولید در شرایط تنش خشکی
به منظور مطالعه فتوسنتز، تبادلات گازی و محتوای کلروفیل لوبیا با کاربرد براسینواستروئید، پژوهشی در سال زراعی 1395-1394 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه زنجان، به صورت اسپلیت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا شد. در این پژوهش، سطوح آبیاری (در دو سطح آبیاری مطلوب و تنش خشکی) در کرت-های اصلی قرار گرفت و ارقام لوبیا (در دو سطح رقم کوشا و ژنوتیپ COS16) و سطوح مختلف براسینواستروئید (در چهار سطح 0، 2، 4 و 6 میکرومولار) به صورت فاکتوریل در کرتهای فرعی قرار گرفتند. در مرحله گلدهی با قطع آبیاری، تنش خشکی اعمال شد و همزمان با اعمال تنش خشکی، بوتههای لوبیا، با براسینواستروئید (اپیبراسینولید) با غلظتهای ذکر شده محلولپاشی شد. نتایج نشان داد که اعمال تنش خشکی بر غلظت CO2 زیر روزنهای، میزان تعرق، هدایت روزنهای، سرعت فتوسنتز و محتوای کلروفیل تأثیر منفی داشت، اما با حذف تنش خشکی و آبیاری مجدد گیاهان بهبود یافتند. کاربرد اپیبراسینولید باعث به حداقل رساندن تأثیرات منفی تنش خشکی بر فتوسنتز، تبادلات گازی، محتوای کلروفیل و عملکرد دانه لوبیا شد. بالاترین عملکرد دانه با کاربرد غلظت 2 میکرومولار اپیبراسینولید (با میانگین 2/2068 کیلوگرم بر هکتار) حاصل شد. بنابراین، کاربرد این هورمون را به عنوان راهکاری جهت افزایش مقاومت به تنش خشکی و افزایش عملکرد دانه لوبیا در شرایط آبیاری مطلوب و تنش خشکی میتوان پیشنهاد نمود.

تاثیر سامانه های خاکورزی، اسید سالیسیلیک و قارچ میکوریزا بر رنگدانههای فتوسنتزی و برخی ویژگی های کیفی ذرت
استفاده از روشهای گوناگون جهت افزایش بنیه بذر و استقرار گیاهچه در گیاهان زراعی راهکار مناسبی برای افزایش کمی و کیفی محصول می باشد. به منظور بررسی تاثیر سامانه های گوناگون عملیات خاکورزی، پیش تیمار بذر و قارچ میکوریزا بر برخی صفات زراعی و فیزیواوژیکی ذرت (Zea mays L.)، آزمایشی به صورت طرح کرتهای خرد شده فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک-های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال زراعی 1393در مزرعهی تحقیقاتی دانشگاه صنعتی شاهرود اجرا گردید. تیمارها شامل 3 سامانه خاکورزی (رایج، کاهش یافته و حداقل) به عنوان عامل اصلی، پیش تیمار بذرها (پیشتیمار و عدم پیش تیمار با اسید سالیسیلیک 5/0 میلی مولار) و تلقیح بذرها باقارچ میکوریزا (تلقیح و عدم تلقیح) به عنوان عوامل فرعی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج بیانگر تاثیر معنیدار برهمکنش سهگانه خاکورزی، پیشتیمار بذرها و همزیستی قارچ میکوریزا بر صفت ها، مانند شاخص سطح برگ، میزان کاروتنوئید و عملکرد دانه بود. برهمکنش دو عامل خاکورزی و پیش تیمار بذرها بر صفت های پروتئین دانه، محتوای نسبی آب برگ وکلروفیل a وb معنیدار بود. ترکیب تیماری خاکورزی رایج و پیش تیمار بذرها وکاربرد قارچ میکوریزا سبب افزایش معنیدار صفات شاخص سطح برگ و عملکرد دانه ذرت گردید. استفاده از اسید سالیسیلیک همراه با کاربرد قارچ میکوریزا صفات مورد ارزیابی از جمله محتوای پروتئین دانه، کلروفیل a وb را بهبود بخشید.

ارزیابی مقاومت چند ژنوتیپ گوجهفرنگی به نماتد مولد گره ریشه Meloidogjan javanica
واکنش هشت رقم گوجهفرنگی مزرعهای شامل پتوپراید 2، پتوپراید 5، زمان، GS12، کومودورو، CH فلات، Y فلات و ایدن در برابر نماتد مولد گره ریشه Meloidogyne javanica مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. گیاهچههای گوجه فرنگی در مرحله چهار الی شش برگی، با غلظت 500 لارو سن دوم نماتد به ازای هر کیلوگرم خاک گلدان، مایه زنی شدند. آزمایش بر پایه طرح کاملا تصادفی در چهار تکرار انجام گرفت. شاخصهای بیماری (تعداد گال در ریشه، تعداد توده تخم در هر ریشه و تعداد تخم در هر کیسه تخم) و شاخص رشدی (طول شاخساره و ریشه، تعداد برگ، وزن تر و خشک شاخساره و ریشه) 60 روز پس از تلقیح نماتد به خاک گلدانها ارزیابی گردیدند. نتایج حاصل از این آزمایش نشان داد که در مورد شاخص بیماری و رشدی ارقام نسبت به هم تفاوت معنیداری در سطح پنج درصد آزمون دانکن داشتند. نتایج ارزیابی شاخص بیماری نشان داد ارقام ایدن، Y-فلات و CH-فلات را میتوان به عنوان ارقام حساس، رقم کومودورو را به عنوان رقم مقاوم و ارقام پتوپراید 2، پتوپراید 5، زمان و GS12 را ارقام نیمه مقاوم به نماتد مولد گره ریشه معرفی کرد.

کمی سازی پاسخ جوانهزنی شوید (Anethum graveolens L.) به دما و تنش خشکی توسط مدل زمان حرارتی-رطوبتی
دما و رطوبت از مهمترین عوامل محیطی کنترل کننده جوانهزنی در گیاهان میباشند. به منظور بررسی تأثیر دما و تنش خشکی بر جوانهزنی بذر شوید و کمی سازی آن، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل با هشت سطح دما شامل 5، 10، 15، 20، 25، 30، 35 و 40 درجۀ سلسیوس و هفت سطح تنش خشکی شامل 0، 1/0-، 2/0-، 3/0-، 4/0-، 5/0- و 6/0- مگاپاسکال انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد در همۀ سطوح دمایی با کاهش پتانسیل اسمزی، میزان جوانهزنی کاهش یافت، با اینوجود شدت این کاهش در محدوده حرارتی 20 تا30 درجه سانتیگرداد کمتر بود. با دو روش مختلف، درجه حرارت پایه جوانهزنی شوید 3/2 و 9/2 درجه ساتیگراد و درجه حرارت حداکثر جوانهزنی آن 0/ 43و 3/47 درجه سانتی برآورد شد. دمای مطلوب جوانهزنی برای شوید نیز حدود 26 درجه سانتیگراد به دست آمد. مقدار پتانسیل آب پایه برای جوانهزنی شوید در مدل زمان حرارتی-رطوبتی نیز 53/0- مگاپاسکال محاسبه شد. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که با افزایش حرارت پتانسیل آب پایه برای جوانهزنی بذر شوید در حد نیم واحد مگاپاسکال افزایش یافت. در نهایت مشخص شد که در صورت متغییر در نظر گرفتن پتانسیل آب پایه در واکنش به تغییرات دما، مدل زمان حرارتی-رطوبتی بهخوبی قادر است پاسخ جوانهزنی شوید به حرارت و رطوبت را کمی کند.

تأثیر محلول پاشی روی بر صفات فیزیولوژیک و عملکرد دانه سویا در شرایط رژیم های مختلف آبیاری
بهمنظور بررسی اثر تنش کمبود آب و محلولپاشی روی، بر برخی صفات فیزیولوژیک و عملکرد دانه سویا آزمایشی به صورت کرتهای خرد شده فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال زراعی 1389 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تربیت مدرس انجام گرفت. عامل اصلی شامل رژیمهای آبیاری در سه سطح (بدون تنش، تنش در مرحله رشد رویشی، تنش از مرحله گلدهی تا 10 درصد غلافبندی) و عامل فرعی حاصل از ترکیب دو عامل رقم با دو سطح (L17 و کلارک63) و عامل محلولپاشی، در سه سطح (بدون محلولپاشی، محلولپاشی آب خالص و محلولپاشی سولفات روی (5 در هزار)) بود. با اعمال تنش کمآبی عملکرد دانه بهطور معنیداری کاهش یافت. با اعمال تنش کمآبی میزان Fv/Fm، محتوای کلروفیل و پروتئین محلول برگ هر دو رقم کاهش اما هیدراتهای کربن محلول، پرولین و فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدان آنها افزایش یافت. کاربرد عنصر روی سبب افزایش معنیداری در عملکرد دانه، میزان کلروفیل، نسبت Fv/Fm، محتوای پروتئین محلول برگ و فعالیت آنزیم سوپراکسید دیسموتاز هر دو رقم شد، اما مقدار کربوهیدراتهای محلول، پرولین و فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز و پراکسیداز آنها کاهش یافت. بهطور کلی محلولپاشی روی توانست اثرات منفی ناشی از تنش اکسیداتیو حاصله از کمبود آب را کاهش دهد و شرایط رشد را برای گیاه سویا بهبود بخشد.

کاربرد روش AMMI در تجزیه اثر متقابل ژنوتیپ × محیط و تعیین پایداری عملکرد لاینهای خالص سویا (Glycine max L.)
این تحقیق با هدف بررسی سازگاری و پایداری عملکرد دانه 19 لاین خالص سویا به همراه رقم تجارتی کوثر در سه منطقه کرج، خرمآباد و مغان طی دو سال زراعی ( 1393- 1392) اجرا شد. بدین منظور پس از آماده سازی زمین و پیاده نمودن نقشه آزمایشی اقدام به کشت بذور ژنوتیپها در کرتهای مربوطه گردید. در طول دوره رشد گیاه مراقبتهای زراعی معمول به عمل آمد و پس از برداشت عملکرد هر ژنوتیپ برآورد گردید. تجزیه واریانس مرکب بر اساس مدل امی، آماره ASV، نمودار دو بعدی عملکرد ژنوتیپها (لاینهای خالص) و محیطها برای مولفه اول IPCA1 و نیز نمودار دو بعدی دو مولفه IPCA1 و IPCA2 توسط نرمافزار Genstat 12 انجام شد. نتایج تجزیه واریانس مرکب امی بیانگر معنیدار بودن اثرات جمعپذیر ژنوتیپ و محیط و اثر ضربپذیر ژنوتیپ × محیط در سطح 1 % بود. مجموع مربعات اثرات ژنوتیپ، محیط و ژنوتیپ × محیط بهترتیب 4% ، 46 % و 13 % از مجموع مربعات کل را تشکیل دادند. همچنین سه ژنوتیپ: (Spry × Nemaha/7) G10، ( Spry × Savoy/3) G16 و(Kousar) G20 بر اساس معیار ASV و نمودارهای بایپلات1 و3 از پایدارترین ژنوتیپها بودند که ژنوتیپ(Spry × Nemaha/7) G10 با توجه به عملکرد (Kg/ha 2764) و پایداری به عنوان بهترین ژنوتیپ انتخاب شد.

تاثیر الیسیتورهای غیرزیستی بر آنتیاکسیدانها و صفات فیتوشیمیایی مامیرانکبیر (Chelidonium majus) تحت تنش خشکی
این تحقیق جهت بررسی تاثیر متیل جاسمونات و سالیسیلیک اسید بر ویژگیهای آنتیاکسیدانی و خصوصیات فیزیولوژیکی- بیوشیمیایی گیاه دارویی مامیران کبیر (Chelidonium majus) تحت شرایط تنش خشکی اجرا شد. بدین منظور آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با چهار تکرار اجرا شد. سه فاکتور مورد مطالعه شامل تنش خشکی در دو سطح (بدون تنش و تنش خشکی به ترتیب با میزان آبیاری 100 و 50 درصد ظرفیت زراعی خاک)، الیسیتور در سه سطح (شاهد؛ صفر، متیل جاسمونات 100 میکرومولار و سالیسیلیک اسید 2 میلیمولار) و اندام گیاهی (ریشه، ساقه و برگ) بودند. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه واریانس و مقایسه میانگینها نشان داد که متیلجاسمونات و سالیسیلیکاسید فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز (CAT) را کاهش دادند. هر دو الیسیتور سالیسیلیکاسید و متیلجاسمونات در فعالیت آنزیم سوپراکسید دیسموتاز (SOD) تاثیری نداشتند اما متیل-جاسمونات باعث افزایش فعالیت گایاکول پراکسیداز (GPX) و سالیسیلیک اسید تحت تنش خشکی باعث کاهش فعالیت آسکوربات پراکسیداز (APX) شد. همچنین متیلجاسمونات و سالیسیلیکاسید باعث کاهش فعالیت APX نسبت به شاهد شدند. متیلجاسمونات و سالیسیلیک اسید موجب افزایش کلروفیـل و میزان کاروتنوئیدها، فلاونوئید و آنتوسیانین نسبت به تیمار شاهد شدند. سالیسیلیک اسید در افزایش محتوای کلروفیل و کاروتنوئیدها و متیل جاسمونات در افزایش فلاونوئید و آنتوسیانین نسبت به هم برتر بودند. بنابر نتایج بدست آمده از این پژوهش، متیلجاسمونات و سالیسیلیکاسید باعث افزایش توانایی گیاه مامیران در پاسخ به تنش خشکی گردیده و علاوه بر اثر محافظتی در برابر اکسیداسیون ناشی از خشکی باعث افزایش رنگیزههای فتوسنتزی و برخی متابولیتهای گیاه شدند.

تأثیر کاربرد ورمی کمپوست و کود نیتروژن بر عملکرد کمی و کیفی ذرت (Zea mays L.)
امروزه کاربرد کودهای آلی در جهت بهینهسازی مصرف کودهای شیمیایی و همچنین افزایش تولید و حفظ حاصلخیزی خاک در نظامهای زراعی پایدار، اهمیت ویژهای دارد. بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر کاربرد ورمیکمپوست و کود نیتروژن بر عملکرد کمی و کیفی ذرت دانهای سینگلکراس 704، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا شد. عاملها شامل کود پایه در سه سطح (کاربرد کود شیمیایی، ورمیکمپوست و کاربرد توأم 50 درصد کود شیمیایی و ورمیکمپوست) و زمان کوددهی شامل (عدممصرف، یکمرحله و دو مرحله کود سرک نیتروژن) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که کود پایه و کود سرک دارای اثر معنیداری بر صفات بود. کاربرد کود شیمیایی و همچنین کاربرد توأم کود شیمیایی و ورمی-کمپوست، نسبت به کاربرد ورمیکمپوست خالص برتری معنیداری داشت. بیشترین افزایش صفات در عامل کود سرک با افزایش ارتفاع بوته، عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد دانه بود. بالاترین عملکرد دانه (8935 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و پروتئین (6/8 درصد) در عامل کاربرد توأم کود پایه بهدست آمد. یافتهها نشان داد که کاربرد توأم کود پایه علاوه بر افزایش عملکرد و پروتئین دانه، میتواند موجب بهینهسازی مصرف کود نیتروژن در زراعت ذرت شده و همچنین یک مرحله کوددهی سرک میتواند رشد و عملکرد اقتصادی این گیاه را به نحو چشمگیری بهبود بخشد.

سنجش تراریختی احتمالی در نمونه های بذر ذرت و خوراک دام و طیور بر مبنای راه انداز 35S و خاتمه دهنده nos
افزایش سطح زیر کشت گیاهان تراریخته ژنتیکی، موافقین و مخالفینی را در عرصه بینالمللی پیدا کرده است. با توجه به مزایا و مضرات احتمالی این محصولات، سازمانها و نهادهایی قوانین مربوط به ایمنی استفاده از این محصولات برای تغذیه انسان و دام و همچنین محیط زیست را وضع نمودهاند. از اینرو، محصولات تغییر یافته ژنتیکی بهواسطه برچسب GMO از سایر محصولات متمایز میشوند. راهانداز 35S و خاتمه دهنده nos که از عناصر ژنتیکی پر کاربرد در ترانسفورماسیون گیاهی هستند، بهعنوان عناصر هدف جهت تشخیص احتمال GMO بودن نمونههای آزمایشی در این پژوهش مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. مواد آزمایشی این پژوهش شامل سه نمونه بذر ذرت، یک نمونه کنجاله سویا و سه نمونه خوراک طیور بود. دو عنصر ژنتیکی هدف در تمامی نمونههای آزمایشی شناسایی شدند. همچنین اندوژن اینورتاز و اندوژن لکتین که بهترتیب بهعنوان معیار تعیین وجود ژنوم ذرت و سویا مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند، در تمامی نمونههای حاوی ذرت و سویا شناسایی شدند. با توجه به پذیرش پروتکل کارتاهنا از جانب کشور ایران، امید آن میرود که قوانین برچسبگذاری محصولات GMO با جدیت بیشتری دنبال گردد.

تجزیه پایداری لاینهای پیشرفته بهاره کلزا
بهمنظور بررسی پایداری عملکرد دانه لاین های امیدبخش کلزا در شرایط مختلف محیطی، سیزده ژنوتیپ بهاره کلزا در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار و در چهار مکان (کرج، ساری، گرگان و زابل) طی دو سال زراعی (96-1394) ارزیابی شدند. تجزیه واریانس ساده نشان داد که بین ارقام از لحاظ عملکرد دانه اختلاف معنی داری در سطح احتمال 1% وجود دارد که بیانگر وجود تنوع ژنتیکی کافی بین تیمارهاست. در تجزیه واریانس مرکب، اثرات سال، مکان، سال×مکان و ژنوتیپ×مکان نیز در سطح احتمال 1 درصد معنیدار بود. مقایسه میانگین عملکرد دانه نشان داد که ژنوتیپهای Simba، L104 وRGS003 بیشترین عملکرد دانه را به ترتیب 3105، 3058، 3032 کیلوگرم در هکتار تولید کردند. برای تجزیه پایداری از روشهای مختلف پایداری شامل روشهای تک متغیره و رگرسیونی (جمعا 12 روش) استفاده شد. براساس تلفیق نتایج این روش ها، سه ژنوتیپ Simba، L104 وRGS003 پایدار و پرمحصول شناخته شدند. برای مطالعات تکمیلی توصیه می شود که از این ارقام پایدار و پرمحصول در اجرای آزمایشهای تحقیقی-تطبیقی در مناطق هدف در شرایط زارعان استفاده شود.

اثر تراکم کاشت بر خوابیدگی بوته و مؤلفههای عملکرد ارقام برنج
بهمنظور بررسی اثر آرایش کاشت بر خوابیدگی بوته و عملکرد پنج رقم محلی برنج، آزمایشی بهصورت کرتهای خرد شده و در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار در مزرعهای واقع در شهرستان بابل در سال 1393 انجام شد. تیمارها شامل پنج رقم طارم محلی، طارم هاشمی، طارم دیلمانی، طارم لنگرودی و سنگ طارم بهعنوان عامل اصلی و سه سطح تراکم کاشت 40، 80 و 120 بوته در مترمربع بهعنوان عامل فرعی در نظر گرفته شدند. کمترین تعداد کل خوشهچه و تعداد خوشهچه پوک در خوشه برای رقم طارم لنگرودی و کمترین تعداد پنجه در بوته و تعداد خوشه در متر مربع بهترتیب در رقمهای طارم محلی و سنگ طارم مشاهده گردید. بیشترین مقاومت به شکستگی و کمترین شاخص خوابیدگی میانگرههای سوم و چهارم در رقم طارم لنگرودی مشاهده گردید. تعداد کل پنجه در بوته با افزایش تراکم کاشت کاهش یافت در حالیکه تعداد خوشه در متر مربع به طور معنیداری افزایش یافت. تعداد گره، طول میانگرههای اول و دوم، قطر میانگره چهارم و همچنین حرکت خمش میانگرههای سوم و چهارم با افزایش تراکم روند کاهشی داشتند. حداقل شاخص خوابیدگی میانگره سوم و چهارم (65/199 و 4/241) مربوط به تراکم 80 بوته در مترمربع بود. اثرات متقابل رقم در تراکم کاشت بر کلیه صفات زراعی و خصوصیات مرفولوژیکی وابسته به خوابیدگی اثر معنیداری داشت. لذا، بین ارقام مختلف برنج در آرایشهای مختلف کاشت از نظر شاخصهای خوابیدگی و عملکرد تفاوت وجود داشت.
