The treatments consisted of three irrigation regimes (normal irrigation (control), irrigation cut off at the beginning of the growing season and at the beginning and middle of the growing season) as the main factors, three organic planting media (no organic fertilizer, vermicompost (20 t.ha-1) and biochar (10 t.ha-1) and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal in three levels (no application, isolate a and isolate b) as a sub factors. Molecular findings indicated that, both strains isolated from saffron rhizosphere belonged to Rhizophagus irregularis. The results showed that the interaction effect of water stress and planting media on economic yield and also, the interaction effect of water stress, planting media and R. irregularis fungus on leaf number, fresh and dry weights and corm weight and diameter per pot were significant. The highest yield (0.062 g/pot) belonged to the full irrigation with biochar. Meanwhile, the highest leaves number (180), fresh and dry weights (90.2 and 23.96 g, respectively) and corm weight (7.67 g) and diameter (2.38 cm) per pot were obtained at full irrigation with biochar and Rhizophagus irregularis isolate b. In general, the use of biochar fertilizer with Rhizophagus irregularis isolate b had the greatest effect on the measured traits of saffron in different irrigation regimes.}, keywords = {arbuscular mycorrhizal,Biochar,Irrigation cut off,Molecular identification,vermicompost}, title_fa = {ارزیابی اثر رژیم آبیاری و قارچ میکوریز آربوسکولار بر برخی صفات زراعی عفران (Crocus sativus L.) در بسترهای کاشت آلی}, abstract_fa = {بهمنظور ارزیابی اثر دو جدایه قارچ میکوریز آربوسکولار موجود در ریزوسفر زعفران بر برخی صفات زراعی آن در شرایط تنش قطع آبیاری، پژوهشی بهصورت اسپلیت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با سه تکرار در مؤسسه تحقیقات خاک و آب انجام شد. تیمارها شامل رژیمهای آبیاری [آبیاری مطلوب (بدون تنش)، قطع آبیاری در ابتدای فصل رشد و قطع آبیاری در ابتدا و اواسط فصل رشد] به عنوان عامل اصلی، بستر کاشت آلی در سه حالت [عدم مصرف کود آلی، مصرف ورمی‌کمپوست (20 تن در هکتار) و بیوچار (10 تن در هکتار)] و قارچ میکوریز آربوسکولار در سه سطح [عدم مصرف، جدایه a و جدایه b] به عنوان عامل فرعی بودند. یافتههای مولکولی حاکی از آن بود که هر دو جدایه جداسازی شده از ریزوسفر زعفران متعلق به گونه Rhizophagus irregularis بودند. نتایج نشان داد که برهمکنش رژیم آبیاری با بستر کاشت آلی، بر عملکرد اقتصادی و همچنین برهمکنش رژیمهای آبیاری، بستر کاشت آلی و قارچ R. irregularis بر تعداد و وزن تر  و خشک برگ، وزن بنه و قطر بنه در گلدان معنیدار بود. بیشترین عملکرد (062/0 گرم در گلدان) به آبیاری مطلوب به همراه بیوچار تعلق داشت. علاوه‌ بر این، بالاترین تعداد (180 عدد) و وزن تر و خشک برگ (2/90 و 96/23 گرم)، وزن بنه (67/7 گرم) و قطر بنه (38/2 سانتیمتر) در گلدان در شرایط آبیاری مطلوب به همراه کاربرد بیوچار و Rhizophagus irregularis isolate b تولید شد. به‌طورکلی، استفاده از کود بیوچار با Rhizophagus irregularis isolate b بیشترین تأثیر را بر صفات اندازه‌گیری شده زعفران در رژیمهای مختلف آبیاری داشت. }, keywords_fa = {بیوچار,شناسایی مولکولی,قطع آبیاری,میکوریز آربوسکولار,ورمیکمپوست}, url = {https://ijfcs.ut.ac.ir/article_84702.html}, eprint = {https://ijfcs.ut.ac.ir/article_84702_ddc02afbd29b299eb504aec8ecb7106e.pdf} }
