Seeds that are stored in the gene banks must be regenerated due to exchange and seed deterioration; if they not be regenerated the potential benefits of infrastructure investments for germplasm ex situ conservation may not be attained. Prediction of seed longevity is based on viability equation that has four constants which are species specific. The aim of this project was estimation of these constants and then using them for predicting the regeneration time of Thymus transcaspicus,T. daenensis,Salvia officinalis, Satureja hortensis, Dracocephalum moldavica, Descurainia sophia,Eruca sativa andMelilotus officinalis. The seeds were placed in three environments with relative humidity of 20, 40 and 60% and their moisture content was measured after equilibrium. Then the seeds sealed in nylon pockets and stored at 30, 35 and 40 ºC. The TP germination tests with three replications were done monthly. The Excel software was used for estimation of viability constants (i.e. KE, Cw , CH, CQ). The KE was estimated 5.065, 5, 5, 4.46, 3.837, 4.33 and 4.21 for T. transcaspicus, T. daenensis, Salvia officinalis, Satureja hortensis, Dracocephalum moldavica, Descurainia sophia, Eruca sativa and Melilotus officinalis respectively. The maximum and minimum seed longevity estimated for T. transcaspicus and Eruca sativa respectively. If viability be 100% at the beginning of the storage, the seeds of T. transcaspicus and E. sativa with 8% moisture content in the active collection (5 ºC) must be regenerated after 123 and 15 years respectively.}, keywords = {Gene bank,Medicinal plant,seed longevity,Seed regeneration}, title_fa = {پیش‌بینی زمان احیای بذر چند گونۀ دارویی از طریق برآورد ثابت‌های معادلۀ قوۀ‌ نامیه}, abstract_fa = {یکی از روش‌های حفاظت از ذخایر توارثی گیاهی، نگهداری بذر آنها در بانک ژن است. بذرهای موجود در بانک ژن به تکثیر و احیای دوره‌ای نیاز دارند. در صورت عدم احیای به‌موقع، مزایای بالقوۀ سرمایه‌گذاری زیربنایی در نگهداری ذخایر ژنتیکی به روش برون‌رویشگاهی (ex situ) حاصل نخواهد شد. پیش‌بینی طول عمر بذرها بر پایۀ معادلۀ  قوۀ ‌نامیه بذر استوار است که چهار ضریب دارد که برای هر گونه اختصاصی‌اند. هدف این تحقیق تعیین ضرایب معادلۀ قوۀ ‌نامیه و استفاده از آنها برای پیش‌بینی مدت مفید نگهداری بذر و در نتیجه برآورد زمان احیای بذر هشت گیاه دارویی T. transcaspicus، Thymus daenensis، Salvia officinalis، Satureja hortensis،Dracocephalum moldavica، Descurainia sophia، Eruca sativaوMelilotus officinalis بود. ابتدا بذرها در سه محیط با رطوبت نسبی 20، 40 و 60 درصد به تعادل رطوبتی رسیدند و درصد رطوبت آنها اندازه‌گیری شد. این بذرها در پاکت‌های نایلونی مهروموم شده و در دماهای 35، 40 و 45 درجۀ سانتی‌گراد نگهداری شدند. به فواصل هر یک ماه یک‌بار از آنها آزمون جوانه‌زنی با سه تکرار به‌عمل آمد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اکسل برای برآورد ضرایب معادلۀ  قوۀ ‌نامیه (KE، Cw ، CH ، CQ) تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. ضریب KE برای گونه‌های T. transcaspicus ، T. daenensisS. officinalis,Satureja hortensis,D. moldavica,Descurinia, sophiaE. sativa,وM. officinalis به‌ترتیب 065/5، 5، 5، 46/4، 837/3، 33/4، 4 و 21/4 به‌دست آمد. از بین بذرهای مورد بررسی، بیشینه و کمینۀ طول عمر بذر به‌ترتیب در T. transcaspicus و Eruca sativa مشاهده شد. اگر قوۀ ‌نامیۀ این نمونه‌ها در بدو ورود به بانک ژن 100 درصد باشد و با رطوبت 8 درصد در شرایط کلکسیون فعال (دمای 5 درجۀ سانتی‌گراد) نگهداری شوند، به‌ترتیب 123 سال بعد برای احیای بذر  T. transcaspicus و 15 سال بعد برای  Eruca sativaباید اقدام شود.}, keywords_fa = {احیای بذر,بانک ژن,طول عمر بذر,گیاه دارویی}, url = {https://ijfcs.ut.ac.ir/article_53536.html}, eprint = {https://ijfcs.ut.ac.ir/article_53536_d5db91a64c873ab75d283617ac81260f.pdf} }
