Seed quality is affected by deterioration and aging during storage. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the roles of various chemicals on the recovery of germination characteristics in deteriorated seeds of rapeseed. In this study, one commercial Brassica napus cultivar (okapi) was used. This experiment had two parts. In the first part, seeds with different moisture contents (5, 9, 13, 17%) were stored in incubators set at five temperatures (5, 15, 25, 35, 45?C). After 90 days, germination was conducted for these 20 storage conditions. In the second part, deteriorated seeds with high germination percentage (74%), medium germination percentage (47%) and low germination percentage (5%) resulted from following treatments: 9/35, 13/25 and 17/25 (moisture content/ storage temperature), respectively, were treated with various chemicals. These chemicals were gibberellic acid, salicylic acid and ascorbic acid in four levels including control, 25, 50 and 100 ppm. A factorial experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with four replications. Analysis of variance showed that the main effects of deterioration, chemicals concentrations and their interactions were significant for all measured traits. The best treatment was ascorbic acid with concentration of 100 ppm which increased germination percentage and percentage of normal seedling by 29 and 48%, respectively.}, keywords = {Hormone,Moister content.,rapeseed,seed deterioration,storage,temperature}, title_fa = {بررسی تاثیر جیبرلین، اسید سالیسیلیک و اسید آسکوربیک بر بهبود خصوصیات جوانه زنی بذر زوال یافته کلزا}, abstract_fa = {کلزا به عنوان یکی از مهمترین گیاهان دانه روغنی در ایران مورد کشت قرار می گیرد. زوال و فرسودگی بذر در طی انبارداری مهمترین عامل خسارت به بذر می باشد. هدف از انجام این آزمایش بررسی اثر برخی هورمون های گیاهی و ویتامین بر بهبود خصوصیات جوانه زنی بذرهای زوال یافته کلزا (Brassica napus) بود. تیمارهای تحقیق مجموعا 20تیمار شامل 5 دما (5 ،15، 25، 35و 45 درجه سانتی گراد) و 4 رطوبت محتوی بذر (5،9،13 و17 درصد) برای فراهم آوردن محیط انبار بودند. بعد از 90 روز از انبارداری، درصد و سرعت جوانه زنی برای 20 محیط انجام شد. از بذرهای این 20 محیط، بذر سه محیط 9/35، 13/25 و17/25 به عنوان بذرهای زوال یافته، برای آزمایش بعدی انتخاب شدند. آزمایش دوم به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی در4 تکرار انجام گرفت. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل سه شدت زوال به ترتیب شامل جوانه زنی بالا (74 %)، متوسط (47 %) و پایین (5 %) به ترتیب ناشی از شرایط رطوبت محتوی بذر/ دمای نگهداری 9/35، 13/25 و17/25 و سه تیمار اسید جیبرلیک ، اسید سالیسیلیک و اسید آسکوربیک، در چهار سطح شاهد، 25 ،50 و 100 ppm بود. نتایج نشان داد که اثر متقابل زوال در پرایمینگ در غلظت برای درصد جوانه زنی و درصد گیاهچه نرمال در سطح پنج درصد و برای صفات سرعت و متوسط زمان جوانه زنی، طول گیاهچه، وزن گیاهچه و شاخص ویگور1و2 درسطح یک درصد معنی دار بود. در این تحقیق بهترین تیمار برای بهبود خصوصیات جوانه زنی بذرهای زوال یافته استفاده از اسید آسکوربیک در غلظت 100 ppm بود، که سبب افزایش 29 درصدی در جوانه زنی و 48 درصدی در گیاهچه های نرمال گردید.}, keywords_fa = {انبارداری,دما,رطوبت بذر,زوال بذر,کلزا,هورمون}, url = {https://ijfcs.ut.ac.ir/article_29413.html}, eprint = {https://ijfcs.ut.ac.ir/article_29413_b118c9323e727b1888535a2da6d481b7.pdf} }
