Six models (tooth shape, segmented, beta, curve, quadratic and cubic) were used and the superior model was selected according to square root of MSE, coefficient of determination, coefficient of correlation and simple linear regression coefficients (a, b) between observed and predicted emergence rates. Results showed that the seedling emergence response to temperature explained by beta function in RGS003, by beta and cure functions in Syn3, and by segmented function in apetalous flower cultivar. Prediction of cardinal temperatures by using the best models showed that the base temperature varied between 7.89 and 10.94, the optimum temperature was between 20.1 and 24 and the ceiling temperature was between 36 and 37.19°C for rape seed cultivars. The biological day estimation for seedling emergence by using segmented and beta models showed that there were significant differences between rape seed cultivars. According to the results of this experiment, beta and segmented models could be used for quantification of seedling emergence response of rape seed cultivars to temperature. It seems that these models and parameters (base, optimum and ceiling temperatures) could be used for prediction of seedling emergence in the field. Cardinal temperatures and its related model could be used for modeling of seedling emergence of rape seed cultivars.}, keywords = {cardinal temperatures,Rape seed,seedling emergence}, title_fa = {ارزیابی مدل‌های رگرسیون غیرخطی برای توصیف سرعت ظهور گیاهچه سه رقم کلزا نسبت به دما}, abstract_fa = {به منظور ارزیابی واکنش و سرعت ظهور گیاهچه‌های کلزا نسبت به دما، در این آزمایش رابطه سرعت سبز شدن سه رقم کلزا شامل ارقام بدون گلبرگ، RGS003 وSyn3 نسبت به دما، به صورت گلدانی مورد برازش رگرسیونی غیرخطی قرار گرفت. برای این منظور از شش مدل، شامل توابع دندانه‌ای، دو تکه‌ای، بتا، منحنی، درجه دوم و درجه سوم استفاده شد و برای انتخاب مدل برتر از معیارهای جذر میانگین مربعات خطا، ضریب تبیین، ضریب همبستگی و ضرایب رگرسیون ساده خطی (a و b) بین سرعت ظهور گیاهچه مشاهده شده و سرعت پیش‌بینی شده استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که واکنش سبز شدن رقم RGS003 به دما به وسیله تابع بتا، رقم Syn3 به وسیله تابع بتا و منحنی و در رقم بدون گلبرگ، مدل دو تکه‌ای بهتر از سایر مدل‌ها توصیف می‌گردد. برآورد دماهای کاردینال با استفاده از برترین مدل‌ها نشان داد که دمای پایه از89/7 تا 94/10 درجه سانتی‌گراد، دمای بهینه از 01/20 تا 24 درجه سانتی‌گراد و دمای سقف از 36 تا 19/37 درجه سانتی‌گراد برای ارقام مختلف کلزای مورد ارزیابی در نوسان بود. برآورد روز بیولوژیک مورد نیاز برای ظهور گیاهچه با استفاده از مدل‌های دوتکه‌ای و بتا نیز نشان داد که از این نظر بین ارقام کلزا اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود داشت. با توجه به این نتایج، می‌توان برای کمّی‌سازی واکنش سرعت ظهور ارقام کلزا به دما از مدل‌های بتا و دوتکه‌ای استفاده کرد و از این مدل‌ها و پارامترهای برآورد شده از آنها (دمای پایه، دمای مطلوب و دمای سقف) در تهیه مدل‌های پیش‌بینی زمان سبز شدن گیاهچه در مزرعه استفاده کرد، همچنین می‌توان در مدل سازی ظهور گیاهچه ارقام کلزا از دماهای کاردینال همراه با مدل مربوط به آن استفاده کرد.}, keywords_fa = {دماهای کاردینال,ظهور گیاهچه,کلزا}, url = {https://ijfcs.ut.ac.ir/article_24054.html}, eprint = {https://ijfcs.ut.ac.ir/article_24054_0c63f6f25844983de7bc7f6db4b0641e.pdf} }
