The resultant data were examined for normality test and were then analyzed according to randomized complete block design (RCBD) with 3 replications. Mean comparisons were carried out, using Duncan's test. ANOVA showed high significant between-genotypes differences for the most traits studied. The economic yield showed the most significant positive correlations with total pod weight, plant weight during seed harvest and total pod numbers. The same correlations were true between biologic yield and plant weight during seed harvest, weights of total pod and cortex and total pod numbers. Moreover, harvest index showed the most significant positive correlations with economic yield, total pod numbers and weight, and hundred pod weight. Path analysis indicated that the plant weight during seed harvest had a direct and positive effect on either economic yield or biologic yield. The results suggested that breeding strategies for increasing seed yield in Lathyrus should consider the presence of plant weight during seed harvest and for increasing biologic yield should consider the presence of total pod weight. The principal component analysis (PCA) showed that the first 2 components accounted for the 69.1% of total variations. Euclidean distance and group average linkage (UPGMA) phenogram constructed on the basis morphological and phenological data distance showed 3 major clusters. The first comprised of 16 genotypes (G1-G16), the second contained 3 genotypes (G17-G19), while G20 genotype was separated by the third cluster. The resulting genotypes arrangement was fully fited with that obtained from the PCA.}, keywords = {grasspea,Lathryrus sativus,morphlogical and phenological variations,multivariate analysis.}, title_fa = {بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی و تجزیه به مؤلفه‌های اصلی برای صفات مورفولوژیک و فنولوژیک در تعدادی از ژنوتیپ‌های خلر (Lathyrus sativus)}, abstract_fa = {تنوع ژنتیکی 20 ژنوتیپ خلر بر پایه صفات مورفولوژیکی و فنولوژیکی در سال زراعی 86-85 بررسی شد. بعد از انجام آزمون نرمالیته، داده‌ها در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار تجزیه آماری شدند و برای مقایسه میانگین از آزمون دانکن استفاده گردید. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که بین ژنوتیپ‌ها از لحاظ اغلب صفات مورد مطالعه اختلاف بسیار معنی‌داری وجود داشت. ضرایب همبستگی نشان داد که عملکرد اقتصادی بیشترین همبستگی فنوتیپی مثبت و معنی‌دار را به ترتیب با صفات وزن کل غلاف، وزن بوته هنگام برداشت دانه و تعداد غلاف در کپه داشت. عملکرد بیولوژیک بیشترین ضرایب همبستگی فنوتیپی مثبت و معنی‌دار را به ترتیب با صفات وزن بوته هنگام برداشت دانه، وزن کل غلاف، وزن پوسته و تعداد کل غلاف در کپه داشت. نتایج تجزیه علیت نشان داد که صفات وزن کل غلاف و وزن بوته به دلیل دارا بودن اثر مستقیم مثبت و قابل توجه و همچنین بالا بودن اثر غیر مستقیم از طریق صفات دیگر می‌توانند به ترتیب به عنوان معیار گزینش در جهت اصلاح برای افزایش عملکرد اقتصادی و بیولوژیک در خلر مطرح گردند. نتایج تجزیه به مؤلفه‌های اصلی نشان داد که مؤلفه‌های اول و دوم 1/69 درصد از تغییرات کل واریانس را توجیه می‌نمایند. دندروگرام حاصل از تجزیه خوشه‌ای 3 گروه را نشان داد: در گروه اول 16 ژنوتیپ (G1-G16)، گروه دوم 3 ژنوتیپ (G17-G19) و گروه سوم ژنوتیپ G20 قرار گرفتند. این گروه بندی ژنوتیپ‌ها با نتایج حاصل از تجزیه به مؤلفه‌های اصلی کاملاً مطابقت داشت.}, keywords_fa = {تجزیه چندمتغیره.,تنوع مورفولوژیک و فنولوژیک,ژنوتیپ‌های خلر}, url = {https://ijfcs.ut.ac.ir/article_22930.html}, eprint = {https://ijfcs.ut.ac.ir/article_22930_ea370f7e697210924ebc9c1e4a759738.pdf} }
