A high level of within and between species variation was detected. In all the species, significant positive correlations were obtained for chlorophyll a and b and total chlorophyll contents. Moreover, in both H. marinum and H. bulbosume species, a negatively significant correlation was obtained between peroxidase and protein, while the correlation between peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase being positive in H. bulbosume. With the principal component analysis the first two principal components with eigenvalues more than 1 contributed 78% of the variability amongst genotypes. PC1 exhibited 57% of variation and was positively related to carotenoid, chlorophyll a and b and total chlorophyll contents. While, the second PC contributed 21% of the total variability and the characters with the greatest weight on PC2 being protein, peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase contents. The results of this research indicated that the genotypes of each barley species were different for evaluated physiological characters and some of these characters being more prounounced in wild barley species.}, keywords = {Barley,carotenoid,chlorophyll content,Peroxidase,polyphenol oxidase}, title_fa = {بررسی و مقایسه گونه‌های مختلف جوهای بومی ایران از نظر میزان کلروفیل، کاروتنوئید، پروتئین و آنزیم}, abstract_fa = {به منظور بررسی و مقایسه میزان کلروفیل، کاروتنوئید، پروتئین و آنزیم در گونه‌های مختلف جو، آزمایشی تحت شرایط گلخانه، با 3 تکرار در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی، در سال 1387 در گلخانه گروه زراعت و اصلاح نباتات دانشگاه تهران اجرا شد. مواد گیاهی در این آزمایش شامل 49 ژنوتیپ جو بومی ایران از 5 گونه شامل H. vulgare، H. spontaneum، H. marinum، H. murinum، H. bulbosume بود. گونه‌ها و ژنوتیپ‌های داخل گونه‌ها از لحاظ صفات مورد بررسی تنوع بسیار معنی داری نشان دادند. در تمامی گونه‌ها همبستگی بسیار معنی‌دار و مثبتی بین میزان کلروفیل a، کلروفیلb ، کلروفیل کل، کاروتنوئید وجود داشت. در دو گونه H. marinum و H. bulbosum بین میزان آنزیم پراکسیداز و پروتئین همبستگی معنی‌دار و منفی وجود داشت و در گونه H. bulbosume بین میزان آنزیم پراکسیداز و پلی فنول اکسیداز همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌داری دیده شد. تجزیه به مولفه‌های اصلی 7 متغیر اولیه را در قالب دو متغیر جدید (دو مولفه) گروه‌بندی نمود که در مجموع این دو مولفه 78 درصد از تغییرات کل را توجیه کردند. بطوریکه مولفه اول با تخصیص57 درصد از تغییرات کل عمدتاً توجیه کننده صفات کلروفیل a، کلروفیل b، کلروفیل کل و میزان کاروتنوئید بود. در حالی که متغیر دوم با 21 درصد از تغییرات عمدتاً توجیه‌کننده میزان پروتئین، آنزیم پراکسیداز و پلی فنول اکسیداز بود. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که گونه‌های مختلف جو و همچنین ژنوتیپ‌های مختلف یک گونه از لحاظ صفات فیزیولوژیکی مورد بررسی با همدیگر تفاوت دارند این صفات در گونه‌های وحشی (به غیر از میزان پروتئین) از مقادیر بیشتری برخوردار می‌باشند. بنابراین به کمک روش‌های اصلاح کلاسیک و تلاقی بین برخی از این گونه‌ها که قابل تلاقی می‌باشند می‌توان این صفات را در ارقام زراعی بهبود داد.}, keywords_fa = {پراکسیداز,پلی فنول اکسیداز,کاروتنوئید,کلروفیل,گونه‌های جو}, url = {https://ijfcs.ut.ac.ir/article_20710.html}, eprint = {https://ijfcs.ut.ac.ir/article_20710_b78810835f92371b2779cdfb55d73d10.pdf} }
